Away From The Numbers

All good things come to an end. Or so they say. AFTN has been around since 1989, first as a fanzine and then making the jump to a website and forum in 2003. We've been through the many ups and down at East Fife in those 12 years but policing the forum has become a giant pain in the ass in recent years. As such, we made the decision not to renew it when it expired.

The forum is no more and will remain as a locked archive until it is eventually deleted by the host. We're looking in to try to save some of the content as an archive.

This is not the end of AFTN though. The site will continue and will be revamped and return in its full glory for the start of the 2016/17 season. Maybe even sooner. There will be a comment sections and possibly even a new, registered forum. Check our Twitter (@aftnwebsite) for all the latest info and we'll also post in on the EFFC memories Facebook page.

Until then, have a last browse here, thanks for all your support over the years, and 'Mon the Fife.

I would laugh if your team stayed in Leauge One for your comment and we are still here by June.

Re: Clyde V East Fife

I chucked money into a collection bucket on a couple of occasions to save the pars (ok.... not a fortune, but I did my bit). As I remember DAFC were on here asking for our support in their plight.
My thoughts are, its good to have the four teams in Fife still surviving.
The vast majority of fans are decent guys and have their opinions.

Every team has its low life neanderthals following them, parsarus, your ears should be ringing now. You fall into this category.

I thought you were an extinct species of human with a receding forehead and prominent brow ridges.

However, I'm sure I saw you sitting half way up the Norrie stand.
Not on a seat....I mean half way up the Norrie stand.

Is alcohol permitted on the bus?

Re: Clyde V East Fife

Well today is the day, let's get a result to take back to Methil for the return leg. Can we have a standing section, with everyone together and make some noise to drown out their so called gypsy fans.
I'm hoping this will be our biggest away support and the parking suitation at Broadwood is a nightmare and daylight robbery so taking the local X3 bus into Cumbernauld.
Let's get into the gypsy's!
