Away From The Numbers

All good things come to an end. Or so they say. AFTN has been around since 1989, first as a fanzine and then making the jump to a website and forum in 2003. We've been through the many ups and down at East Fife in those 12 years but policing the forum has become a giant pain in the ass in recent years. As such, we made the decision not to renew it when it expired.

The forum is no more and will remain as a locked archive until it is eventually deleted by the host. We're looking in to try to save some of the content as an archive.

This is not the end of AFTN though. The site will continue and will be revamped and return in its full glory for the start of the 2016/17 season. Maybe even sooner. There will be a comment sections and possibly even a new, registered forum. Check our Twitter (@aftnwebsite) for all the latest info and we'll also post in on the EFFC memories Facebook page.

Until then, have a last browse here, thanks for all your support over the years, and 'Mon the Fife.

1938 Scottish Cup Programme

Does anyone know roughly how much a 1938 Scottish Cup programme would sell for? It is not perfect, but is in pretty good condition.

Re: 1938 Scottish Cup Programme

if in ok condition it may well go for 800-1000 pounds

Re: 1938 Scottish Cup Programme

£800-£1000? Nah. Nothing like it.
Tell you what (and I'm doing myself here), I'll take it off your hands for a fiver.

Re: 1938 Scottish Cup Programme

You chancer Hoss.

if you won't give him the £20 it's worth, then tell you what, I will.

Re: 1938 Scottish Cup Programme

Don't listen to these guys.

I'll happily swap you for a mixed bundle of 20 East Fife league and cup programmes! and a couple of East Fife pennants (very very rare indeed).

What d'ya say?

Re: 1938 Scottish Cup Programme

Forgot to say I've got the original cutting from The Courier with the report on the replay in it. Could do a swap plus cash deal!

Re: 1938 Scottish Cup Programme

Re: 1938 Scottish Cup Programme

No, it's from the 1938 final, but I'll throw in the Dunfermline programme as well just to be generous.
