Away From The Numbers

All good things come to an end. Or so they say. AFTN has been around since 1989, first as a fanzine and then making the jump to a website and forum in 2003. We've been through the many ups and down at East Fife in those 12 years but policing the forum has become a giant pain in the ass in recent years. As such, we made the decision not to renew it when it expired.

The forum is no more and will remain as a locked archive until it is eventually deleted by the host. We're looking in to try to save some of the content as an archive.

This is not the end of AFTN though. The site will continue and will be revamped and return in its full glory for the start of the 2016/17 season. Maybe even sooner. There will be a comment sections and possibly even a new, registered forum. Check our Twitter (@aftnwebsite) for all the latest info and we'll also post in on the EFFC memories Facebook page.

Until then, have a last browse here, thanks for all your support over the years, and 'Mon the Fife.

Mackay Hamilton Twigg and Rogers

On sunday night at the board meeting you had the ideal opportunity to get rid of brown and move this once proud club on into pastures new you failed miserably to do this, and you should all hang your heads in shame. As for Mackay and Hamilton the two of you are spinless cowards i hope you feel ashamed of yourselfs.

To the major shareholders Twigg and Rogers your investmant in this club is now becoming a bit risky if no fans are going through the turnstiles and never out of the papers for the wrong reasons and all it would take is to get rid of Brown, that club would make a lot more money if Brown wasnt in charge,it stated in the national papers he was universally loathed so how do you think he is liked in the local community?
All of the protesters myself included want to go into the ground and support the club as normal but this will not happen unless Brown is removed.

Re: Mackay Hamilton Twigg and Rogers

Mackay, Hamilton and Hain - you guys are at a crossroads. You can stay, support brown (and by doing so putting your own aspirations ahead of the wellbeing of the club) ... or....
stand up, be counted, be men and follow Davie Marshall's lead.

You call yourself fans - this is the ultimate test. Dave Marshall passed it - can you???

Re: Mackay Hamilton Twigg and Rogers

East Fife F.C. isn't about creating wealth for a few greedy shareholders. Hang your heads in shame. We are going to starve the club of finance until something is done. I'd rather have no club than one which runs purely for the self interest of a few. Get the finger out.
