This years POY dance will be held on Saturday 22nd April in Buckhaven Community Centre at 7.30pm.
Tickets (£10 including buffet) are now on sale and available from D. Robertson, D.Marshall or B.Duff.
Last years was a great success so come along and show the PLAYERS your support.

Spoke to the officials of the Supporters Club on the Mound yesterday afternoon and received assurances from them that absolutely no monies will be going to the Club.

I have therefore bought my tickets for the evening of the 22nd April. That's, as usual, the day of the last home game of the season.

I understand that the players are all coming and looking forward to it. I see it as my opportunity to thank the playing staff for their commitment to EFFC under an extremely trying season.

It would be great if we had a massive turnout from all supporters and friends, no matter what view of the current situation they take.

Sorry to pour cold water on it Michael, but there is no guarantee that money won't be haded over or that Derrick and his spineless chums won't be there.

As for the players looking forward to it, that's total nonsense, you will be lucky if ANY players are there. In fact if the POTY Dance goes ahead I will be very surprised.

Why would any fans or players want to go the dance after this disastrous season is beyond me. I support the team and like a night out but in the current climate The POTY Dance will not be that night out.

Been told (by a good source)that so far NO directors have bought tickets for the dance& most of the players have indicated they WILL be at the dance.
The players that were at last years all had a great night and are looking foreward to it again this year.
The only doubt about the dance is the lack of tickets sold. UNLESS THE S.C. START SELLING TICKETS FAST it WILL be called off. The protests are about the so-called board NOT THE players.
I can just see the smirk on broons face if the dance gets called off if he thinks that the fans and players cant arange a nite out without him.

It's fair enough that SO FAR the directors haven't bought tickets but what about if they ASK for tickets? Will their entrance to the dance be refused ?

The Supporters Club Committee members can only give comfort to your fears about our POTY Dance so many times.No monies will be paid to anyone or tickets sold to anyone unacceptible to the supporters.It cannot be put plainer than that folks.The only danger to the dance is supporters not buying tickets.There is to be a Supporters Club meeting on Thursday 6th April @7.30 so come along and have your say and buy your tickets.
The Dance has tended to be missed by the fans with all that has been going on, let,s focus on it now.

Good to see there is some support for the POY Dance. Bryan has put a hell of a lot of work into it. It is the only chance a lot of you will get to talk to the players and let them see that you do support them. Please do this by making it a good night. Show everybody that come hell or high water this is for the players and supporters.

what if the board of directors came to the SC meeting (as they are known to do) and asked to get tickets for the dance? What would be done/said? And what has been done about not handing over cash to the club? Has there been a vote that was minuted?
