Away From The Numbers

All good things come to an end. Or so they say. AFTN has been around since 1989, first as a fanzine and then making the jump to a website and forum in 2003. We've been through the many ups and down at East Fife in those 12 years but policing the forum has become a giant pain in the ass in recent years. As such, we made the decision not to renew it when it expired.

The forum is no more and will remain as a locked archive until it is eventually deleted by the host. We're looking in to try to save some of the content as an archive.

This is not the end of AFTN though. The site will continue and will be revamped and return in its full glory for the start of the 2016/17 season. Maybe even sooner. There will be a comment sections and possibly even a new, registered forum. Check our Twitter (@aftnwebsite) for all the latest info and we'll also post in on the EFFC memories Facebook page.

Until then, have a last browse here, thanks for all your support over the years, and 'Mon the Fife.

Todays team

Saw that Scott Morrison was in goal with no reserve keeper on the bench. Anybody know why no Dodds ?

Re: Todays team

John was poorly.
Credit to the team and fans today.
Greig,s leg break was a real downer though.

Re: Todays team

I think Balkie wanted to see him in action, and scott pulled off some stunning saves and was superb throughout the game, hope he signs up for next year

Re: Todays team

Notice there was no Craig Smart in the squad today. Any news ?

Re: Todays team

Scottie had a good game on the ground and not too bad when it came to the high balls, only beaten by one lob, which was headed clear by Campbell.

Best game I've seen campbell play since he joined our merry band.

Re: Todays team

Craig Smart has family commitments.

Re: Todays team

CONGRATULATIONS TO SMARTY WHO BECAME A PROUD DAD TO A LITTLE BOY YESTERDAY

Re: Todays team

Congrats to you and your good lady Craigy boy.

Re: Todays team

i think campbell fell out with baikie at cowden and was released,i hope he has been given a clean slate.
well done smarty, baikie was keen to take him to boness earlier but i would like to see him stay next season.

Re: Todays team

Smart signed a 1 year extension to his contract when Moffat was here.
