Away From The Numbers

All good things come to an end. Or so they say. AFTN has been around since 1989, first as a fanzine and then making the jump to a website and forum in 2003. We've been through the many ups and down at East Fife in those 12 years but policing the forum has become a giant pain in the ass in recent years. As such, we made the decision not to renew it when it expired.

The forum is no more and will remain as a locked archive until it is eventually deleted by the host. We're looking in to try to save some of the content as an archive.

This is not the end of AFTN though. The site will continue and will be revamped and return in its full glory for the start of the 2016/17 season. Maybe even sooner. There will be a comment sections and possibly even a new, registered forum. Check our Twitter (@aftnwebsite) for all the latest info and we'll also post in on the EFFC memories Facebook page.

Until then, have a last browse here, thanks for all your support over the years, and 'Mon the Fife.

Details of the club sponsors are now on the opishial site.
Noticed that they say that it has greatly increased from previous years!

Re: New Sponsors

Re: New Sponsors

Craig Smart is listed there!

Re: New Sponsors

Adam bloody Smith... again! That means I wont be buying a home top even after Brown's departure.

Re: New Sponsors

PS. Look at how many players are sponsored by bike shops and bike shop owners, strange...

Re: New Sponsors

There are quite a lot of bikes in Methil, Igor!

Re: New Sponsors

Well judging by the age of some of our new signings it's clearly just a matter of recycling!

Re: New Sponsors

Pinpoint are sponsoring the away strip again

Re: New Sponsors

craig smart wasnt listed earlier, just goes to show that whoever updates the site checks out this web-site also-eh derrick.

Re: New Sponsors

Funnily I don't think 'wee deeks'minders have got any sponsorship. (Pity their stewards for want of a better description provided a commedy classsic. It is hardly an Impressive list of the local community is it.I noticed at one of last years friendlies against Ballingry Rovers that they had more track side adverts than were at Bayview. It would appear W Gray and Andy Hain have been calling in favours.

Re: New Sponsors

I have heard the security is going to be rock steady,We all know what they are like.

Re: New Sponsors

Must go buy a medium bike now.

Lets face it though. No right minded person in the wider Levenmouth community is going to throw money at the club just now.

Re: New Sponsors

I suppose if the current board are doing there best to get sponsors then it will be the businessmen with the contacts or the meoney rather than the payroll clerk and the forklift driver.

Why no fishy sponsors?

Re: New Sponsors

there will be Stewart, probably for Scott Crabbe

Re: New Sponsors

or Stephen Fortuna

Re: New Sponsors

I sense the hands of the brotherhood at work to dig one of the brethern out of a hole in time of trouble according to the code. If the Mr King sponsor of Stephan Fortune is the same as the proprietor of a certain Buckhaven pub and on public record as an offical of a lodge investigated in relation to a recent terrorist trial it could be that Masonic relations are the source of the flux of new sponsors.

Re: New Sponsors

Wonder if all the sponsors know that they'll be getting boycotted too if fud Broon doesn't go? We should maybe let them know.
