Away From The Numbers

All good things come to an end. Or so they say. AFTN has been around since 1989, first as a fanzine and then making the jump to a website and forum in 2003. We've been through the many ups and down at East Fife in those 12 years but policing the forum has become a giant pain in the ass in recent years. As such, we made the decision not to renew it when it expired.

The forum is no more and will remain as a locked archive until it is eventually deleted by the host. We're looking in to try to save some of the content as an archive.

This is not the end of AFTN though. The site will continue and will be revamped and return in its full glory for the start of the 2016/17 season. Maybe even sooner. There will be a comment sections and possibly even a new, registered forum. Check our Twitter (@aftnwebsite) for all the latest info and we'll also post in on the EFFC memories Facebook page.

Until then, have a last browse here, thanks for all your support over the years, and 'Mon the Fife.

Protest Continues

It may have slipped Deeks memory, or that of the board, the protest continues.

With reverance to the Declaration of Arbroath. I offer an updated version

'The Declaration of the Mound'

For as long as but a hundred of us remain East Fife Supporters.
Never will we on any condition be brought under Browns rule.
It is in truth not for glory, nor riches, nor honours that we are fighting.
But for freedom from Brown.
For that alone no man gives up but with life itself.

See you on the Mound

Re: Protest Continues

And so say all of us!

Re: Protest Continues

Hope we can be inside the ground, but if Brown is still at the club in ANY capacity, then I and many, many others will continue our protests until he has gone.

Re: Protest Continues

Well said protester!!!!!

Re: Protest Continues

I will be on the mound for as long as Brown is in charge,LONG LIVE THE PROTEST DOWN WITH BROWN,even though I'm getting a freebie season ticket

Re: Protest Continues

For all the rumours and predictions made recently, Derrick is still Chairman. For that reason alone I shall not be paying into the ground this season, although if Derrick was to go, I would buy a season ticket.

The behind the scene shenanigans have so far changed nothing but hopefully they will, and soon.

Derrick must be a masochist if he is intent on starting the season in the hotseat again.

Bring it on Derrick, we will continue the protests as long as you are still there.

Re: Protest Continues

This would have been my 21st year as a season ticket holder. If Brown's still there come the start of the season, it's the mound for me.
