Away From The Numbers

All good things come to an end. Or so they say. AFTN has been around since 1989, first as a fanzine and then making the jump to a website and forum in 2003. We've been through the many ups and down at East Fife in those 12 years but policing the forum has become a giant pain in the ass in recent years. As such, we made the decision not to renew it when it expired.

The forum is no more and will remain as a locked archive until it is eventually deleted by the host. We're looking in to try to save some of the content as an archive.

This is not the end of AFTN though. The site will continue and will be revamped and return in its full glory for the start of the 2016/17 season. Maybe even sooner. There will be a comment sections and possibly even a new, registered forum. Check our Twitter (@aftnwebsite) for all the latest info and we'll also post in on the EFFC memories Facebook page.

Until then, have a last browse here, thanks for all your support over the years, and 'Mon the Fife.

New AFTN Classifieds Section

We've been aiming to launch this for a while, so now we have.

You can now find AFTN's very own FREE classified section HERE.

It's our very own eBayview.

Until we relaunch the new look AFTN site, this will be the only link to the section, but it's now up and running and available to use.

You can list any items you want to buy or sell of an East Fife, general football or general sporting nature. Nothing else or they'll be removed!

You can also upload images of what you're selling and when you put your ad in if you enter a password, you can then edit and/or remove your ad at will and mark as sold.

It doesn't let you put your name in anywhere so just make sure you put your net name/real name at the bottom of your ad and your contact email address.

Ads will stay up for 30 days or until sold.

And that's it! Any questions just email me

Re: New AFTN Classifieds Section

Too late for Stew, he eventually managed to sell his trainers!

Re: New AFTN Classifieds Section

GoF, tried toput a set of football strips in the General sports for sale section and it ends up appeariing in the East Fife for Sale section

Re: New AFTN Classifieds Section

I saw that CB. No worries.

What happens when you put an ad up is that it defaults to East Fife for sale, so you just need to drop down the box for whatever other category you want.

I'll leave it up there anyway. No harm.

So if anyone else wants to buy or sell stuff then that's how.

I'll get round to putting up my programme requests at some points soon I'm sure as well.

Re: New AFTN Classifieds Section

Cheers GoF suppose it would have helped if I'd looked at the drop down !!!

Re: New AFTN Classifieds Section

Slightly soiled team, high mileage, dubious ownership - going to the highest bidder. No interest in Fife or football required. May break up and sell for parts.
