Away From The Numbers

All good things come to an end. Or so they say. AFTN has been around since 1989, first as a fanzine and then making the jump to a website and forum in 2003. We've been through the many ups and down at East Fife in those 12 years but policing the forum has become a giant pain in the ass in recent years. As such, we made the decision not to renew it when it expired.

The forum is no more and will remain as a locked archive until it is eventually deleted by the host. We're looking in to try to save some of the content as an archive.

This is not the end of AFTN though. The site will continue and will be revamped and return in its full glory for the start of the 2016/17 season. Maybe even sooner. There will be a comment sections and possibly even a new, registered forum. Check our Twitter (@aftnwebsite) for all the latest info and we'll also post in on the EFFC memories Facebook page.

Until then, have a last browse here, thanks for all your support over the years, and 'Mon the Fife.

St.Johnstone on Tuesday

I've killed off any chance we have by putting £5 on us to win at 10/1 (11)

Re: St.Johnstone on Tuesday

Where did you get 10/1? Bet 365 are only offering 7/1.

Re: St.Johnstone on Tuesday

www.betfair.com

Re: St.Johnstone on Tuesday

Heard that they will be charging £2 to park your car in the ground car park.

Re: St.Johnstone on Tuesday

Yep 2 quid spot on try parking away from the ground.

Re: St.Johnstone on Tuesday

Parking a bit awkward around area near to football stadium. DO NOT USE TESCO STORE AS THEY CHECK CARS on match days/nights. Best of luck but I think paying the £2 is a better but not nice option.
I hope that the team does well but I will not be there "broon out totally"

Re: St.Johnstone on Tuesday

Wheres the nearest chippie to tha ground? thinking of having a supper before the game.

Re: St.Johnstone on Tuesday

Nearest chippie is on CRIEFF ROAD down past the 208 pub on left hand side heading into town. 208 is on the right handside through traffic lights then the chippie is on the left handside. If you are in the town centre try the 101 in the old high street. Buses from town centre area are no.01 or 02 both passby the ground. No. 1 bus is the qickest from MILL STREET bus stances but no.02 travels near to the bus/rail station, they run about every 30mins after 18-00hrs. If someone wants a beer 208 and Tulloch Institute Club are the nearest to the ground.
