Despite having the better ofthe first half we just didnt test O'Connor very much then an error by O'Reilly compounded by Doddsy's half hearted effort saw 1 nil down at half time. O'Reilly tried to let a long free kick run out for a bye kick but the winger managed to to get behind him & lob the ball across goal.Dodds waved at it & Woods headed in from 6 inches.
Second half we put a long throw into their box, it gets cleared to halfway line where Doyle was all on his own. He took 3 touches too many fell over & the winger ran clear then played the ball square for Diack to fire into an empty net.
2 and a half individual errors & our championship hopes are well & truely gone. We were well beaten by a Berwick side that never had to get out of 3rd gear!
Play offs our only hope now but in all honesty I wouldn't fancy our chances against Stranraer but hope eternal & all that.

Pretty much sums up the second half of the season,Good turn out of Fife fans though, AND THE CHOIR.

coz berwick has almost won this league for sure and we aint gonna stop them noo!.

Yesterdays performance was a disgrace and once again we fail agaisnt one of the top 5 teams.
Berwick were very average but still done enough to beat us.
Dave Baikie is tactically naive and even the players didn`t seem that up for it in what was our last chance to try and win the league.
His comments pre match about about needing at least a point just sums up his approach to games.Even if we do make the play offs,we will come up short agaisnt whover we play,due to Bottler Baikies tactics. Yesterdays "showing" was an insult to the many fans who travelled down to Berwick.
