Away From The Numbers

All good things come to an end. Or so they say. AFTN has been around since 1989, first as a fanzine and then making the jump to a website and forum in 2003. We've been through the many ups and down at East Fife in those 12 years but policing the forum has become a giant pain in the ass in recent years. As such, we made the decision not to renew it when it expired.

The forum is no more and will remain as a locked archive until it is eventually deleted by the host. We're looking in to try to save some of the content as an archive.

This is not the end of AFTN though. The site will continue and will be revamped and return in its full glory for the start of the 2016/17 season. Maybe even sooner. There will be a comment sections and possibly even a new, registered forum. Check our Twitter (@aftnwebsite) for all the latest info and we'll also post in on the EFFC memories Facebook page.

Until then, have a last browse here, thanks for all your support over the years, and 'Mon the Fife.

WELL DONE PLAYERS,MANAGEMENT and the FANS WHO TRAVELLED TODAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Q.P will be no pushovers BUT hopefully next week at this time ,we'll bi celabrating.
I see a stranaer thug was sent off today for serious play.I hope none ov our players have had a bad injury because ov this!!!!!!

Remember who we played the last game againt when we last got promoted, hope it's the same outcome but I don't think I could stand another 92nd minute winter.

Great day today,Fans were brilliant non stop singin for 90mins and Paul McGrillen was on the end of it quite a bit.
Just say congrats to the players and management for getting to the final also well done to the players on there braves performances today every single one of them.

Atmosphere was brilliant as i said more of the same at Firhill on Wed nyt and at Bayview nxt sat.

Enfifer-Nobody got injured through the sending off or taken off through injury maybe Dair did dont know tho.
O`Reilly was on half way line facin the goals and the stranraer defender was all over him with his hands right round Craig stopping him moving to race away to have a chance to wrap it up.

There is no reason why we cant beat Queens Park in the final but its goin be hard and just 2 big pushes to get there.
You can do it boys!!!!

Was good to see that the Ladies team even where throught to show there support for the team today,well done Ladies
