I was a bit confused/bemused by the Halls of Waiting... they wear the same clothes that they died in, and even carry their own weapons??? (Weapons in the Halls?? And does that mean that Glorfindel is, er, au natural? lol)



Other than that -- what a sad and lovely chapter! That first part was so powerful! Poor Erestor, so much in love! Can Glorfindel ever return that love? And how will Erestor feel, once they have returned to Arda, and Glorfindel's pregnancy becomes apparent, and he realizes what sacrifice *Glorfindel* made?



Oh, this is turning out to be a lovely, angsty story!
