Hi,I need to carry out a risk assessmet for our support service, but our clints live in their own homes and go on days out on a regular basis. how would i risk assess everything that we do with our clients in their own home and out and about?

I have an assessment that I thought would be complicated but was actually practical and simple.

I would consider checking out mprince safety (they are local to me but think they work everywhere) have helped me with a similar problem (I run a catering company).
