I you see a set of cowboys breaking health and safety rules, but they are on someone else's property, what should you do about it?
I have pictures of a group of builders working on a roof of the house behind me who appear to be breaking H&SAWA regulations for working at height and have even got photographs of one of them dropping slates straight off the edge of scaffolding and another walking up the roof unsecured and without ladders.
There's no company name on the van that they use, nor on the scaffolding, so there's no way of telling who they are, of course.
