It was our grandsons 8th birthday yesterday.
We went to a resturant with a cake, but was told that they would not permit us to eat this on the premises, due to new health and safety laws, it was ok to light a candle, but not to cut and eat the cake.
Is this true? or was it a way for us to purchase dessert.
