I am Searching for any information on Gaetana Magro who was married to a Richard Barbara who lived in Malta. I understand that they had two children one son Anthony (my father) and a Daughter called Lillian.

These are my Great Grandparents Antonio and Gaetana Magro, soon after they arrived in the US from Sicily around the turn of the Century in 1908. They are my Father\'s grandparents (Daniel Mane) and his Mother\'s (Minnie Mane) parents. They lived in Pennsylvania on Vine Street and owned a store. The house they first owned has been razed and last known about 5 years ago, it is an empty lot. The home they lived in last, has since been torn down, and now the electric company owns a building that was built there and there is a small walking park that would have been where their house stood. They owned three lots on that block.
I have taken this information from my sister and it sure would be nice to find out how many relatives I truly have.

My father was Poririo Carlos Magro. He was born in Mexico in 1901. He emigrated to US and God knows where he lived but finally settled in Chicago late \'40\'s.. I have two other siblings. we were raised in the Chicago area. I found out my dad was previously married and had two kids. Donny and Dickie. I think they lived in Michigan.. I have always been interested in finding out as much as I can of our origins. The only Magro's I know of are my dads brothers.
I would love to be able to find out what happened to my grand fathers brother and sisters. My grandfather migrated to Australia from Malta in the late forties. His first name was Louis. My grandmother had eight children - Joe ( My dad), Nena, Rita, Charlie, Frank, Lucy, Connie and Kitty. Hope this might strike a hit with an unknown relative out there.
Great to know there are so many Magro's around the world.
