I've read in Imdb that, in "Make me a perfect murder", acts George C. Scott as Television Studio Technician. Is he the man who talks to Columbo in the studio, with soft tinted glasses and a blue shirt, with the first button undone? He seems a bit changed!

No, the technician is not George C. Scott. I unfortunately spread that bad information here at this forum a while ago and someone corrected me and identified the non-George-C-Scott actor who actually played that part.

I'm not sure Scott didn't appear in that episode in some other role, however.

I don't think GCS appeared in any Columbo. I don't remember seeing him.
