In spite of the Southern California setting, some episodes actually "feel like Winter" to me. One obvious one is DAGGERS OF THE MIND, because of the mixture of a English setting and all the talk of umbrellas, which somehow suggests cold weather by itself.

I watch entire Columbo series on Netflix every winter after holidays over. It is now my personal tradition.
