My daughter was born at Mary Point,Pearl Harbor 1 April 1989. I was attached to COSP. Well I would like to announce that MM3 Rebecca Kaye Hampe will be graduating from the US Navy Nuclear Power School,NNPTC, Goose Creek,SC...29 October 2010. Can't be more proud!!! Her older brother SN David James Hampe is attending the Defence Language School in Monteray,CA... Two OTA's sure can make some smart kids...hhhaaaa Jami Beard

Congratulations--- I remember spend the day with you and your sonon Ford Island after a midwatch making Halloween costumes becuase you had a sewing machine. You made me Stuffed french toast.
I think You may have something in your statement that OT's make good smart babies. I dont know of any that are not outstanding in there accomplishments.It might be that dreaded Pub Library we all had to basically study on a continual basis. But look at some of the kids out there who have parents that were OT's. They are talented and smart. Makes even someone who had no kids smile and be a little proud to have been associated to some really smart people. Congrats to you.
