Kathy and I had the pleasure of attending Naval Ocean Processing Facility (NOPF) Dam Neck Change of Command ceremony yesterday. CDR Marc Seiner, USN was relieved by his Executive Officer, CDR Dan McGuinness, USN.

The command currently consists of approximately 240 U.S. Navy, U.K Royal Navy, and U.K. Royal Air Force Sailors and Airmen.

CDR McGuinness is a Limited Duty Officer with 10 years of experience within the IUSS.
