Re: New Executive Order Reads Like A Law Passed by Congress
Just an observation, but I see nothing about the states rights, but plenty that says they do not apply in any case. This has got to be the greatest power grab in the history of the world. I imagine that if a payment for retirees cannot be met, the secretary of anything can just say forego that payment and make the next one after we have confiscated all farm equipment needed for making food supply reserves. Unbelievable. Does this even sound legal? I dont think so, but then I still dont feel comfortable with him in that potus position being legal.
Re: New Executive Order Reads Like A Law Passed by Congress
It's really just a minor tweak of what's already been in place for many years (see link).
Of course, I'm sure some of the more paranoid bloggers out there will have a field day with it anyway (you know, the ones who say "my mind's made up, don't confuse me with the facts").
Re: New Executive Order Reads Like A Law Passed by Congress
"Do not go gentle into that good night,
Old age should burn and rage at close of day;
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.
Though wise men at their end know dark is right,
Because their words had forked no lightning they
Do not go gentle into that good night.
Good men, the last wave by, crying how bright
Their frail deeds might have danced in a green bay,
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.
Wild men who caught and sang the sun in flight,
And learn, too late, they grieved it on its way,
Do not go gentle into that good night.
Grave men, near death, who see with blinding sight
Blind eyes could blaze like meteors and be gay,
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.
And you, my father, there on the sad height,
Curse, bless me now with your fierce tears, I pray.
Do not go gentle into that good night.
Rage, rage against the dying of the light!"
It's our duty as Americans to question EVERYTHING this administration does! It always has been!
