Was just digging through some old paperwork/files and came upon my Commander Oceanographic System Pacific for the Expert Oceanographic Analyst dated 16 Nov 1967 and signed by George C Cook, COSP Pacific. I was an STG2 at the time and achieved this milestone at the same time as ST1 Van Alstine.
