So very sorry to hear of Buddy's passing. Buddy was highly respected through-out the SOSUS/IUSS community. He will surely be missed. May his family be comforted by the many fond memories they share of him.
Chris and I went to visit Buddy last year at the Chesapeake care facility he was in. It was sad to see him in such a health dilemma but I was glad we made the visit. Buddy and I go back to about 1972 in Argentia and I still have many fond memories of OTSA Kriebel when he was in my watch section.
For Sue, Chris and I extend our sincere condolences. This has been a very difficult journey for you both and we are keenly aware of that. May God bless Buddy with a new body and spirit and hold him close.
