I know the Name but didn't know Cliff personally. Regardless, always sad to hear of the passing of a system guy.

I first served with Cliff on SNI 1965 timeframe. May his family's fond memories of better times help ease their pain. Ed Smock.

Sad news indeed. Cliff was an STG2 when I worked with him on Guam as a plank owner. A great fellow and solid leader, you could always rely on Cliff to "get it done." I served with him again at CUSL. The day I retired, Cliff was in the audience. He watched over my entire career. My sincere condolences to his family. Remember the good times!

That is sad news indeed. He was my OWO for a time at NAVFAC BARPT when I was stationed there in the early '70s. He was a great Chief to work for.
