“On June 26, 2023 at 2pm OTAC Richard “Rick” Foster, USN (Ret) will be interred at Arlington National Cemetery with full military honors. Friends and family are welcome to attend the ceremony and reception. Those attending the ceremony should plan to arrive no later than 1:15 for the 2:00 service. The family will have a gathering at a nearby restaurant shortly after the service to share stories and enjoy some seafood.
