I just read a report that Navy underwater listening systems likely detected the implosion on Sunday. We’ve all seen what that looks like, ie low spectrum disturbance. May all 5 lives lost rest in peace.

Oh wow, I actually never knew that there was still an active forum for the IUSS alumni site. As an STG and never had worked in IUSS, I at least knew that it was unclassified in the fact that it existed since the 1990s. A bit ridiculous that Fox News, and I had saw that the Wall Street Journal too, call this "top secret" when the Cold War has long since ended.

I first was aware of the Titanic submersible as of maybe two days ago and people were all excited and opining about it as if it were the discovery that aliens had visited us or that Area 51 had been opened up so that the people wanting to storm the base could finally "slap dem alien cheeks". My thought was "oh well" and didn't particularly care about the submersible since, well, it's going to be only four or so lives lost and while the search and rescue efforts would find something (USS Ramage spotted Ethiopian Flight 409 with the 39.5kHz blackbox transmission using the installed components of the future (A)V-15, however spelt, sonar suite) but probably no one alive. I also figured that either the submersible (everyone called it a submarine and, well, I called it a sub) was ill-designed or probably had some kind of malfunction; or, well, the people would be found and what not. Later, I would hear that it was made out of carbon fiber (okay... I think only the Russians ever made military submarines able to go to this depth, whereas only American research vessels ever went to this depth; the Russians used titanium, I believe) and so I concurred with their idea that the thing probably imploded. Later, upon hearing that people were clamouring about how the billionaire onboard had donated to GOP candidates (probably "both" parties), I suddenly remembered IUSS and that, with both location and time, it was probably already found by the US Navy but that there was no reason to let the search and rescue crews know since, well, always nice to be CERT but it would also be priceless training.

And, well, that's why I have been looking at the IUSSCAA website once again. I made mention of it, the fact that the existence of IUSS is unclassified, and gave an ethical reason for not telling anyone that the thing likely had already been known to have imploded. People want to whine about how we spent so much money trying to find five "rich" people doing something "stupid" instead of "migrants" and, well, I expounded that in-fact this is much easier and cheaper and fruitful than finding random migrants without the ease of facts between the two cases that are higher here.

It would be nice if we talk about what women can do better in the military than men can do, since women could easily take their fresh bachelor's degrees and work in scientific attachments to IUSS with military personnel screening the sensors before giving it to the science people so that the science people could study whales and other biologics. I have no clue why we cannot make better use of these long-expired projects that have been well known by our military adversaries but with which never have much use besides as part of an exploded defense budget. With the amount of tuition paid to universities for a glorified high school education, the university and college system could be redirected towards manning IUSS sites and allowing our joyful and gay (happy) daughters to find nice, disciplined sons of whom can marry and help produce not just a safe and secure society but also a well-educated and well-governed society. ... Also, "shall not be infringed" in the Second Amendment means that Americans are allowed to own nuclear weapons, warships, and cannons (the last two, were what helped American Revolutionaires arm the Navy and Army, apparently) which could be leased to the US Government to man, maintain, and repair. So we could also save money while also opening up new means of production.

It is my hope that this Titanic submersible site interests people in what presently exists from the Cold War history that, thank God you guys decided to disclose in this somewhat hidden part of the Internet (ARPANET), is used to this day for even helping find the MH370 flight that, all of a sudden, interest has begun surging about once again.

It is so insane, to me who was under Bush and Obama, that the government is both evil and still American good and the people are hyperpolarized over a more rash President that was saber-rattling with our adversaries as Reagan did but with the personality that comes with being a billionaire playboy, and then the whole world was subdued and shutdown by the likes of those trying to achieve smallpox eradication level efforts on a virus that was merely the common cold even with gain-of-function research conducted (the definition of common cold includes being caused by rhino-, adeno-, CORONA-, and even some influenza viruses, which is supposed to be cold; as an analyst, the doctors are basing their ideas off of symptoms for these initial respiratory illnesses instead of the actual causes. The doctors think that COVID was in the nose and jumped to the lungs in severe cases after two weeks but, no, that is insane; COVID started in the lungs and the immune system weakened the body so much by two weeks that pneumonia would take over and that was what would kill grandma, as it always did in severe cases of cold and flu before 2020. The added isolation and alienation of long-useless-since-smallpox-eradication-ny-1980 World Health Organization and CDC caused additional stress through psycho-sociological factors and an authoritarian/totalitarian/socialist/Marxist takeover causing neighbor-against-neighbor world)... I digress...

It is just insane how the world has been.

Hopefully, with this Titanic submersible loss, the world comes together like during the Apollo moon landings and actually continues being scientifically minded instead of going back to this rash world of hedonistic pleasure that has been calling for Pride Month for too many years. #stolzmonat is something that, as a German-American, makes me laugh; also, seeing how the US still is a global force for good, the future seems bright.

When I left the Navy in 2016, I toyed with the idea of one day becoming a Japanese citizen and becoming Prime Minister Of Japan (instead of President of the US, being age 35 this year and JFK was 44) but... Because America is Japan's aegis, due to the renunciation of war in the Japanese Constitution after World War 2... And the cities being burned down, speaking truth was characterized as hateful, and just trying to be myself as a God-fearing man in this country that, for so long, believed "In God We Trust"... I likely am doing the only thing that I can do for America to save it which is ferociously and vehemently declaring my desire to be a Japanese citizen. Personally, the passport changes and I would still be American since Japan is like a protectorate state of America but... Being a German-American has meant that whenever I brought up my heritage, both child and adult would call me a Nazi (national socialist, in the German; nationalism is fine, but it is the socialism that kills)...

America, hopefully, has avoided its second civil war.

But it lost me as a citizen of it.

Of note, there may have been a connection between the dead submersible occupants and the Titanic in the form of heritage. That, possibly, is why they went with such a jerry-rigged submersible and did not think that maybe they should not go down with them. ... Curiosity kills the cat, yes, but when we are in such a hopeless world as has been the last three years... People do not act like cats but, rather, sheep.

America is a good country. I just don't ever want to see things regarding war, ever again, especially when I was falsely accused of being a Chinese spy in a civilian clothes unit in 2015. ... The Chinese people are people, yes, but their government is horrible and I am sick of our government trying to go after other governments as caused the Ukrainian country to be invaded by the Russians noticing the encroachment of their borders. The sanctions have harmed us and helped them. And... So much more. That stupid "Trump Accountability Project" after the Democrats violated Amendment 14 Section 3 using the Antifa and BLM protestors to riot and intimidate voters... The media... Everything...

I always wished that I could have became an analyst like you guys, with a nice and proud history of fighting against the Soviets. Instead, I ended up with a history as if I fought in the proxy wars, like South Korea, where the South Koreans were disgusting but open to "free enterprise" and liberty (I hate the word freedom; we are a land of liberty).
