Seeking good thoughts and prayers for my older brother and shipmate, retired BMC James (JJ) Vogt who was recently diagnosed with lung cancer. He has a host of other health issues so he needs all the help he can get.

Let your brother know that another old Navy Chief is doing the job on prayers and thoughts. Since my own cancer came out of remission I've been trying to give all fellow shipmates fighting this disease my support. Please advise him that cancer has now been linked with high blood glucose levels, and a low carb, high protein, healthy fat diet can help to retard growth.
