Just read obituary for an old friend from Boot Camp and “o school” behind the green doors in 1969. Ray went to PAC Beach and I went to Coos Head after Keywest. Only heard from him one time after that and lost contact. His obit placed him going to New Foundland after PAC Beach. He only passed this past Monday 10-14-24. He was a good friend the 7 months I knew him as he was to everyone who met him.
Always sad to hear of the passing of shipmates from the 1960s, and especially those who served
in NavFac Argentia, Newfoundland. Our best to the family. May James Ray Tucker rest in peace.
