I was looking at old photos of NCTS Finegayan on Guam and found the barracks for the NavFac without any problem, but the new barracks being built there in 1971 when I left is no where to be found . As I remember, it was a two story building directly behind the three story, but was not finished when I departed. Was it torn down or ever occupied?
