With regard to NavFac COs, on the occasion of their closure in 1994, CUSP published a hard-cover book containing info on every PacSOSUS unit, including lists of COs. I gave a copy of that publication to Jim a couple of years ago and I believe he posted all contents on Facebook. Jack
