I am so lucky to have been born and raised in America. On the 200th birthday I celebrate with my bride at a large picnic celebration on Midway Island. Now the 250th here, just 68 miles from the family home of Sophie Cunningham, a really patriotic Missouri WNBA Pro Basketball star. I predict that Sophie, Caitlin Clark, Kelsey Mitchell, and Alyiah Boston will make a valiant run for the WNBA National Championship. It's in the cards.

Good morning everyone and happy 250th birthday America. Like Rick and many others who frequent this site, I was on active duty and enjoying a great luau on the lovely island of Oahu for the 200th. I am grateful that I have had the opportunity to be alive for two milestone birthdays for our country. Rick, I thought I was the only one who enjoys watching Caitlin and crew. She is an amazing ball player. I feel bad for her having many medical issues. Enough jabber. Happy 4th everyone, enjoy the day, be safe and have a great BBQ.

... and the Indiana Fever are proving that they are a team to take very seriously. The L.V. Aces are now getting the word... Prepare or Lose.

Blown out twice in on road trip. I've got the Fever! (Cunningham was 6 of 7 from the arc. Pretty impressive.)

Happy 250th Birthday America. I celebrated the 200th in Canada at Argentia, Newfoundland, with our Canadian neighbors. Yes Catlin and Sophie are great Americans, fantastic basketball players, and of course Catlin is from Iowa.

Pat and I were away from home with family for the 250th. We recalled that we were on the Island of Bermuda for the 200th. In both cases, we were mindful and appreciative of our surroundings for both of the momentous events.
So, a belated Happy Birthday Salute to America and all of our system friends that contributed
to the preservation of this country that we love so much.
