Old Fashioned Murder, lights

Hello,

One bothering thing from this episode: Columbo wonders who has turned the lights off in the museum. But after the crime was committed Ruth let her niece Janie to look around into the place of crime. She couldn't have seen the bodies if the light was off. But she saw them - so probably she turned the light on. But Columbo said the crime scene was left without touching anything, including the light switch... that makes no sense. Or at least there should be a scene where police asks Janie if the light was turnes off when she found the bodies. But no such a scene is included

Re: Old Fashioned Murder, lights

Maybe when Janie found the bodies, there was enough natural light coming in through the windows so Janie didn’t need to turn the lights on.
