Watching now, just started and something I've wondered for a while, when he's putting the "jell ignite" in the ordnance it has a screw on tip, the "bomb", it is supposed to be a blank for ceremonies, why are they using live ammo for a ceremony? I mean, maybe I don't know my heavy artillery but if that were a blank he's messing with, and it goes off, how does it go boom without sending that screw on cap out the front of the canon?
I guess I didn't make myself clear, gee even after reading it myself it makes no sense, LOL. what I meant was, if it were a Blank cartridge for ceremonies, why did it have a round on the end?
That's a good point because with handguns, blanks emit a small amount of discharge and it can be very ****erous if held too close to somebody. I'm sure with a cannon they must have a way to make the boom without too much coming out.
