Re: Columbo Dance Track

The Columbo track is pretty cool Andy, I hope you can finish it. As far as samples go there are some on this site in the sounds section, and theres also a few at wavlist.com. I'm afraid thats all the help I can provide.

Re: Columbo Dance Track

Cool!
Made my toes tap

Re: Columbo Dance Track

Hi Andy, I'd be happy to help with any sound files your after. Only problem is I don't really have time to sit down through all my columbo eps and listen for something that would be suitable. What I can do though is specific requests. Just tell me the episode, the line your after and roughly how long into the episode its said and i'd be happy to rip it for you. I have all the original 45 eps on DVD.

If anyone out there can think of lines andy can use post em here

Why yes Cass I do. How did you know?

Re: Columbo Dance Track

Good fun, Andy! -- very well done. Thanks for sharing it here.

Reminds me of something I've only heard about, from a thoughtful fan, Joe Blevins, who emailed me the lyrics. It's a Columbo rap-song performed by Bill Dana (who is best known as Jose Jimenez, but who does other impressions too).

Even though I've never heard the music, the lyrics make the sound easy to imagine.

COLUMBO: Excuse me. Am I bothering you?
My name is Lt. Columbo, LAPD.
Excuse me.
My name is Lt. Columbo, LAPD, LAPD.
Am I bothering you?
Excuse me.
I'm worried that I'm bothering you.
E-e-e-e-e-e-excuse me.
Am I bothering you?
Excuse me.
Oh! Oh! Oh!
Oh, I'm sorry.
Oh, I love that.
No, I'm not suspicious.
Oh! Oh! Oh!
What makes you think I'm suspicious?
Oh, I love that!
No, I'm not suspicious.
What makes you think,
What makes you think,
What makes you think I'm suspicious?
Is this thing over?
It is?
Oh, I'm sorry.

COLUMBO: One more thing.
