If the truth be know, I was watching the film "Valdez is Coming" and saw Susan Clark and John Anderson were in it, and thought ****, what a coincidence! I also thought how cool it would have been to have Burt Lancaster in a Columbo . He could have been the husband he played in "Come Back Little Sheba" He could have bumped off his wife "Hazel the Maid"

On message boards, smiley icons are the most important tool! The biggest problem in communicating on message boards, the reader really don't know what the emotional motivation is behind a persons posting. Most times it is done with tongue in cheek, or like when a group of friends are sitting around with each other and bust on each other in with good nature. Many times this friendly "busting" gets misunderstood as being nasty and hateful...

i totally totally agree mrs. peck! there are certain boards i go on that have very limited or even no smilies..and it is very difficult to say something jokingly without possibly offending somebody.

OH WOW!!! me too mrs. peck!! it is absolutely amazing how people get so teed off at that!! the venom they spew is unbelievable!...all over something so meaningless. it's the internet! it's only a stupid message board! get over it!!
i visit other boards, and i am notorious for being 'a thread jacker'!! i think it's in my blood. at first, before they know me, they get on my case about it..but after they know me,they expect it!! and they just joke me about it.

Dirty Dozen is my absolute favorite Cassavetes performance. In my unofficial list of all time greatest acting performances it ranks in the top 5. I don't refer to cassa as "Franco" for nothing!
