Absolutely amazing website. I\'ve been gathering family tree information for a couple of years now and have been using the tree my grandmother Angela Collins (nee Hoskins) made plus the records on NL Grand Banks. However, I must say, this website takes the cake! Thanks so much and I will be back again! |

Hi, I am Matthew Scott Dorcas, son of Carol Anne Dorcas, Grandson of Helen Mae Butler and so on and so forth. I have a huge interest in family genealogy and this site has helped me fill in a lot of the blanks on my grandmother\'s side of the family. I have a lot of info on Llewellyn Butler\'s descendants that is missing or incorrect on your site and would be happy to share it with you if you are interested. |

I am the grand daughter of Lorenzo Carson born in 1892 in Bear\'s Cove. His parents were Edward and Catherine (Brazil). Edward\'s father was George Carson married Honor Elizabeth or Elizabeth Honora Sparkes (s). William S and Catherine Pynn her parents. I have a DNA match to the dtr of Albertha Reid Janes. My Reid name is actually Read ancestrally and I am a descendant of John Read of Rehoboth, Massachusetts, so I know of no relationship to the Reid\'s of Newfoundland. Perhaps you can tell me where the connection is to my grandfather\'s family! Thanks Sharon/Moncton, NB |

My mother (Camilla Hippern - daughter of Joseph Hippern & Penninah Reid) was born in Hearts Delight & your site has been invaluable in making some of the connections in our Family Tree in the area. THANK YOU! Cliff (Hr. Breton, NL). |

I would like to pass some \'family\' info to you. ELIZA ANN CORBETT married DAVID McCLEMENTon Jan 2 1907 in Caledon, Peel Cty. Eliza & David went \'west\' to Saskatchewan (don\'t have date) - Eliza Ann had a family of 8 - 5 boys & 3 girls. Eliza died about 1970 in Saskatchewan. I\'m presently trying to update the McClement family - they orignated in Ireland - came to Canada and settled in the Mount Forest Wellington County area. David\'s parents were ROBERT McCLEMENT & MARTHA NICHOL - they had 5 sons. Some of the McClement boys went west - some ended up in the Chicago area and some I\'m thinking stayed in Ontario. I\'ve believe that all of Eliza Ann & David\'s family married - this I\'m still working at. Thanks for taking time to read and have a great day. Suzanne Whyte Sarnia Ontario |

I have some dates for you. Hamor Gardner of British Harbour b. 10/11/1893, d. 06/29/1948. His Wife Elspeth (Elsie) Bell Gardner, my Aunt, b. 05/15/1895, d.10/21/1994. It was their son Douglas Cormack Gardner who died 07/07/1929. Hamor worked for the Ontario Provincial Police for many years. I am looking to find the relationship of Hamor to Cyril and Edward Gardner both of whom were killed in WW1. |
