The Columbo episodes are timeless. Although he peels his egg above the corpse, smokes where he is not supposed to, despite the outdated telephones, etc. the episodes are still exciting and entertaining. All this mainly because of the person Columbo.

Columbo was my grandmothers favorite show. I always knew the character, can\'t remember if I watched an episode. So its on Amazon and just started watching them all.
